Case Work Supervisor definition

Case Work Supervisor means a staff member of an Agency who is assigned responsibility by a Licensee for the supervision of one or more case workers and meets the qualifications specified in these Regulations. “Chief Administrator” means a staff member of an Agency designated by a Licensee or by a governing body,as having day-to-day responsibilities for the overall administration and operation of an Agency and for assuringthe care, treatment, safety, and protection of a child who is a client of an Agency and meets the qualifications specified in these Regulations.
