Load Management means a Demand Resource (“DR”) as defined in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.
Fund Management means the persons responsible for the portfolio and/or risk management of the Fund.

Stormwater management means the programs to maintain quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.
Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.
Telecommunications Facility means the machine, equipment, transmission path or other electrical facilities for telecommunication.

Stormwater management BMP means an excavation or embankment and related areas designed to retain stormwater runoff. A stormwater management BMP may either be normally dry (that is, a detention basin or infiltration system), retain water in a permanent pool (a retention basin), or be planted mainly with wetland vegetation (most constructed stormwater wetlands).
Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.
Lead Manager means, in relation to any Tranche of Notes, the person named as the Lead Manager in the applicable Subscription Agreement;

Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.
Property management means leasing or renting, or offering to lease or rent, real property of others for a fee, commission, compensation, or other valuable consideration pursuant to a property management employment contract.
