Cash Capital Expenditures definition

Cash Capital Expenditures means, for any period, that portion of Capital Expenditures which is paid in cash.
Cash Capital Expenditures means, with respect to any Person and any period, the total Capital Expenditures made by such Person during such period minus (a) Capital Expenditures made by such Person on account of Capital Leases and (b) Capital Expenditures financed by such Person with the proceeds of Indebtedness other than the Indebtedness arising under this Agreement.
Cash Capital Expenditures means those Capital Expenditures that are not financed with new Debt (including Debt incurred under this Agreement) or through Capital Leases.

  • Cash Capital Expenditures mean unfinanced Capital Expenditures less the proceeds received from personal property and equipment sales.

Cash Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures of the Consolidated Group on a consolidated basis including, without duplication, the acquisition of licenses for radio spectrum for cash (less additions to Capital Lease Obligations from Fiber Capital Lease Obligations) plus cash payments made with respect to Fiber Capital Lease Obligations, excluding (i) expenditures of Net Available Cash reinvested in Telecommunications Assets as provided in Section 2.06(c)(iii) of the Bank Credit Agreement, (ii) expenditures of net proceeds from casualty and condemnation reinvested in Telecommunications Assets as provided in Section 2.06(c)(ii) of the Bank Credit Agreement, and (iii) capital expenditures resulting from the swap or exchange of existing Telecommunications Assets for other Telecommunications Assets.
Cash Capital Expenditures means expenditures made directly or indirectly for the purpose of acquiring or constructing fixed assets, real property, or equipment which, in accordance with GAAP and on a consolidated basis, would be classified as a fixed or capital asset on a balance sheet for the applicable period prepared in accordance with GAAP and which were not purchased with the proceeds of a purchase money loan or Capitalized Lease. For the avoidance of doubt, such a purchase made with an Advance will constitute a Cash Capital Expenditure and a purchase made with the proceeds of an equity contribution will not constitute a Cash Capital Expenditure.
Cash Capital Expenditures means Capital Expenditures that are not financed through the incurring of new Indebtedness.
Cash Capital Expenditures means, for any period, all Capital Expenditures for such period, plus the aggregate amount of payments made pursuant to Section 6.14(d), less the amount of cash proceeds (other than Liquidity Event Proceeds) received by Borrower during such period from any Indebtedness, sale/leaseback transaction or landlord reimbursement relating to Capital Expenditures (and permitted under the Agreement). The definition of "Fiscal Year" is hereby deleted in its entirety from Annex A to the Credit Agreement and replaced with the following new definition:
Cash Capital Expenditures means (without duplication) any expenditure paid in cash that is not derived from Indebtedness (other than under this Agreement) that, in conformity with US GAAP, would be required to be classified as a capital expenditure. Cash Capital Expenditures, however, excludes expenditures made in connection with the replacement or restoration of buildings, fixtures or equipment to the extent reimbursed or financed from insurance or expropriation proceeds.
Cash Capital Expenditures means any Capital Expenditures of the Borrowers or their Subsidiaries other than a Financed Capital Expenditure, including without limitation, in the case of a Capital Expenditure made in part as a Financed Capital Expenditure and in part with other funds, the part thereof made with other funds.
Cash Capital Expenditures means, for any period, all Capital ------------------------- Expenditures paid in cash during such period.
