Casino Employees definition

Casino Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.
Casino Employees means: (1) with respect to each Divested Casino, each of Respondents’ employees who were employed or under contract at the Divested Casino at any time between December 1, 2017, and the Divestiture Date; and (2) the shared services employees identified on Non-Public Appendix V.
Casino Employees means any natural person employed by the licensed casino who carries out or conducts casinogaming activities as part of the business of the exclusive casino licensee, which person shall be eighteen years of age or older and hold a license granted by the Commission. More Definitions of Casino Employees

Casino Employees means any employee whose duties include or involve the conduct of or support of Gaming Operations, but excludes any employees of Warner Gaming, LLC (which is the sole member of the Manager). For the avoidance of doubt, the Warner Gaming personnel listed on Exhibit “B” attached hereto are not Casino Employees.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Hired Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5(a).

  • Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

  • Retained Employee does not include any individual who has a direct or an indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) in the profits, equity, capital, or value of the Taxpayer, or a child, grandchild, parent, or spouse, other than a spouse who is legally separated from the individual, of any individual who has direct or indirect ownership interest of at least five percent (5%) of the profits, equity, capital or value of the Company.

  • Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).

  • Employees Stock Option” means the option given to the directors, officers or employees of a company or of its holding company or subsidiary company or companies, if any, which gives such directors, officers or employees, the benefit or right to purchase, or to subscribe for, the shares of the company at a future date at a pre-determined price.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or an employee of a Subsidiary of the Company, if any.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 14.1.

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Other Employees means, all the employees other than the Directors, KMPs and the Senior Management Personnel.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Retained Businesses means all businesses, operations and activities directly or indirectly conducted or formerly conducted by the Seller Group other than the Business (including all businesses, operations and activities related to any dealerships sold or disposed of prior to the date hereof).

  • Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6(a).

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Retained Business means any business now, previously or hereafter conducted by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates other than the Business.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
