Casino Group shall refer to Casino ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, a limited company with headquarters at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, and any legal person controlled directly or indirectly by Casino ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, where “control” shall refer to (a) companies affiliated with Casino ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, (b) companies that it controls, (c) companies that control Casino ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and (d) any other company that to the knowledge of its management body is controlled by the companies referred to under (a), (b) and (c).
