Catalyst site definition

Catalyst site means a parcel or parcels of land within a rural area of opportunity critical economic concern that has been prioritized as a geographic site for economic development through partnerships with state, regional, and local organizations. The site must be reviewed by REDI and approved by the department for the purposes of locating a catalyst project.
