Catastrophe. In the event of a catastrophic condition presenting, in the sole discretion of the County, an imminent danger to the safety of the inmate(s), inmates held on behalf of the Contract Agency may be removed from the County Jail. The County will inform the Contract Agency, at the earliest practical time, of the whereabouts of the inmate(s) and shall exercise all reasonable care for the safekeeping and custody of such inmate(s).
Catastrophe. In the event that because of war, fire, strike, government regulation, public catastrophe, act of God, or other cause, the conference or any part thereof is prevented from being held, or is canceled by the OCP Foundation, the OCP Foundation shall determine any refund to a Sponsor after deducting any expenses incurred by the OCP Foundation but in no case shall the amount of the refund to the Sponsor exceed the amount of the fee paid.

With the exception of payment obligations for prior performance under this contract, neither party shall be liable for the failure to perform their respective obligations under this contract when such failure is caused by fire, explosion, water, act of God or inevitable accident, civil disorder, strikes, vandalism, war, riot, sabotage, weather and energy related closings, or other like causes beyond the reasonable control of the party, nor for any real or personal property destroyed or damaged due to such causes. The FSMC shall resume food service operations as soon as possible.

Neither Concessionaire nor Client shall be liable for the failure to perform its respective obligations hereunder when such failure is caused by fire, explosion, water, act of God, civil disorder or disturbances, strikes, vandalism, war, riot, sabotage, weather and energy-related closings, governmental rules or regulations, or like causes beyond the reasonable control of such party, or for real or personal property destroyed or damaged due to such causes.
Catastrophe. Not more than one (1) day shall be allowed for each catastrophe, such as fire, flood, tornado, and accidents involving personal injuries.

If any single incident results in payment of the death benefit for five or more Directors or Employees of the Insured who are covered under the Personal Accident Section of this Policy the Company will pay to the Insured an additional 25% of the total Sum Insured payable relative to those five or more Directors or Employees.

If during the Period of Insurance any single Incident results in payment of the Death benefit for five or more Directors or Employees of the Insured who are covered under the Personal Accident Section of this Policy the Insurer will pay to the Insured an additional 25% of the total Sum Insured payable relative to those five or more Directors or Employees subject to the Maximum Incident Limit (and inner limits where applicable) as detailed in the Schedule. Catastrophe Critical Response Counselling If during the Period of Insurance any single Incident results in payment of the Death benefit for five or more Directors or Employees of the Insured who are covered under the Personal Accident Section of this Policy the Insurer will pay necessary expenses with the Insurer’s prior written consent for specialist counselling support services for any Director or Employee of the Insured up to a maximum £5,000.
