CCI Stock means all shares of common stock of CCI issued to Holder in exchange for preferred membership units of Charter LLC, and all other securities that constitute "CCI Stock" in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.

Examples of CCI Stock in a sentence

  • Any shares or securities that become subject to the Put Option pursuant to this Section 5.1 shall constitute "CCI Stock" for purposes of this Agreement.

  • VMTP Shares has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

  • Fully Diluted Company Shares means the total number of issued and outstanding shares of Company Common Stock, (a) after giving effect to the Company Preferred Stock or otherwise treating shares of Company Preferred Stock on an as-converted to Company Common Stock basis, and (b) treating all outstanding in-the-money Specified Company Warrants as fully vested and as if the Specified Company Warrants had been exercised for cash as of the Effective Time, but for the avoidance of doubt excluding any Company Securities described in Section 1.11(b).

  • H Shares means the overseas-listed foreign invested shares in the share capital of the Company with a nominal value of RMB1.00 each, which are subscribed for and traded in Hong Kong Dollars;

  • Parent Stock means the common stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.
