CCPA / CPRA definition

CCPA / CPRA means the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“California Consumer Privacy Act” or “CCPA”) California Civil Code § 1798.100 et seq. and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) upon its entry into force and any regulations issued pursuant thereto;
CCPA / CPRA means California Civil Code Sec. 1798.100 et seq., as may be amended, superseded, or replaced.
CCPA / CPRA means, respectively, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the applicable regulations and any subsequent supplements, amendments, or replacements to the same.

Examples of CCPA / CPRA in a sentence

  • EXHIBIT 2 To the extent that CCPA / CPRA applies to the processing by Flo Recruit of any Protection Data, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the DPA: Flo Recruit shall comply with the obligations of a “service provider” as defined in CCPA and/or CPRA.

  • If the CCPA / CPRA apply to Sisense’s processing of Protected Data, then the parties acknowledge and agree that, with respect to such processing of Protected Data, Customer shall be a business and Sisense shall be the service provider and that the CCPA / CPRA Additional Terms attached hereto as Appendix 2 shall apply to such processing in addition to this DPA.
