Central Africa Party means all the Central African States listed in Article 95(1) of the Agreement;

  • With regard to the areas covered by this Chapter, the EC Party shall grant the Central Africa Party any more favourable treatment which could result from the EC Party becoming party to an economic integration agreement with third parties after this Agreement has been signed.

  • Central Government Body means a body listed in one of the following sub-categories of the Central Government classification of the Public Sector Classification Guide, as published and amended from time to time by the Office for National Statistics: Government Department; Non-Departmental Public Body or Assembly Sponsored Public Body (advisory, executive, or tribunal); Non-Ministerial Department; or Executive Agency;

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Regulatory Services Provider means the organization which provides regulatory services to BSEF pursuant to a Regulatory Services Agreement.

  • South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.

  • Technology provider means a person who:

  • Authority ICT System means the Authority’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Authority or the Contractor in connection with the Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Authority by a third party and which interfaces with the Contractor ICT System or which is necessary for the Authority to receive the Services.
