CEQA Guidelines definition

CEQA Guidelines means the Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act codified at Title 14, California Code of Regulations, sections 15000 et seq.
CEQA Guidelines means the Guidelines for the California Environmental Quality Act set forth at Sections 15000 through 15387, inclusive, of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations.
