CERC Operations Manual definition

CERC Operations Manual means with respect to Part 3.2 of the Project, the operations manual referred to in Section I.A.3 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement for the CERC Part of the Project.
CERC Operations Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.A.4.(a) and Section IV.B.1(b) of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, agreed to with the Association, setting forth an action plan for immediate proposed response, including an indicative budget, a list of activities, and modalities for implementing such activities to support the Republic of Yemen in an event of an Eligible Crisis or Emergency.
CERC Operations Manual means the plan referred to in Section I.F of the Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement, acceptable to the Association to be adopted by the Recipient for the implementation of the CERC Part.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • CERC Manual means the manual referred to in Section I.F of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be updated from time to time with the agreement of the Association, and which is an integral part of the Operational Manual.

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.

  • Clinical practice guidelines means a systematically developed statement to assist

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • User Manual means the user guide, Help guide, and other documentation provided with the software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.

  • Safety Management System means a systematic approach to managing safety, including the necessary organisational structures, accountabilities, policies and procedures;

  • Quality Assurance means a systematic procedure for assessing the effectiveness, efficiency, and appropriateness of services.
