Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance definition

Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance means the certificate issued by the Municipality after satisfaction of the conditions identified in Section 4.2.
Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance means the certificate issued by MIMOS pursuant to Clause E.11.1 confirming the successful completion of the Preliminary Acceptance Tests.

  • The Municipality will grant a Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance or a Certificate of Final Acceptance for the Works based upon three (3) stages of construction as set out in this Section 4.1 (the “Stages”).
