Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance definition

Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance means the certificate issued by the Municipality after satisfaction of the conditions identified in Section 4.2.
Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance means the certificate issued by MIMOS pursuant to Clause E.11.1 confirming the successful completion of the Preliminary Acceptance Tests.

  • This maintenance period shall extend for two (2) years from the date of the Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance for each Stage of the Works.

  • When all of the services in any stage of servicing, as identified above, have been completed and the Municipality’s Engineer has been given written certification by the Developer’s Engineer that such services have been constructed in each stage in accordance with the approved plans and specifications in this Agreement, and upon satisfactory inspection by the Municipality’s Engineer, the Municipality’s Engineer will recommend that the Municipality grant a Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance.

  • This maintenance period shall extend for two (2) years from the date the Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance has been issued for all Stages of the Works (the “Maintenance Period”).

  • When all of the services in any stage of servicing as identified above have been completed and the Municipality’s Engineer has been given written certification by the Developer’s Engineer that such services have been constructed in each stage in accordance with the approved plans and specifications in this Agreement and upon satisfactory inspection by the Municipality’s Engineer, the Municipality’s Engineer will recommend that the Municipality grant a Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance.

  • This maintenance period shall extend for two (2) years from the date of the Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance of the Works (the “Maintenance Period”).

  • The Municipality will grant a Certificate of Preliminary Acceptance or a Certificate of Final Acceptance for the Works based upon three (3) stages of construction as set out in this Section 4.1 (the “Stages”).

  • Certificate of Acceptance means written certification, delivered to Contractor and signed by an authorized representative of the State, stating that any Defects in a particular Phase or the Solution discovered after implementation and testing have been corrected as required under this Contract, and that the Phase complies in all material respects with all of the applicable Requirements.
