Certificate of the Authority definition

Certificate of the Authority means an instrument in writing signed by any of the following officials of the Authority: Chair, Vice-Chair, Executive Director, Assistant Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director or a designee of any such officer, or by any other person (whether or not an officer of the Authority) who is specifically authorized by resolution of the Authority for that purpose.

Certificate of the Authority means an instrument in writing signed by the Secretary or Treasurer of the Authority, or by any other person (whether or not an officer of the Authority) who is specifically authorized by resolution of the Authority for that purpose.

Certificate of the Authority means a certificate in writing signed by an Authorized Officer of the Authority.

More Definitions of Certificate of the Authority

Certificate of the Authority means a certificate in writing signed by the Executive Director or Treasurer of the Authority, or by any other officer of the Authority duly authorized in writing by the Board for that purpose.

Certificate of the Authority. “Consent of the Authority,” “Order of the Authority,” “Request of the Authority” or “Requisition of the Authority” mean, respectively, a written certificate, consent, order, request or requisition of the Authority signed by or on behalf of the Authority by an Authorized Signatory authorized by the Authority to execute such a document on its behalf.
