FCG shall provide a minimum of one Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council Certified officer at each School Facility.
authorised officer means any person authorised by the Environment Agency under section 108(1) of The Environment Act 1995 to exercise, in accordance with the terms of any such authorisation, any power specified in section 108(4) of that Act.
BD Officer means each officer or employee of BD designated as a "BD Officer" for purposes of this Agreement in a communication to the Auction Agent.
Designated Officer means, with respect to any Person, the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Treasurer, the Controller, the Secretary, the Assistant Secretary or any Vice President of such Person.
prescribed officer means a person who, within a company, performs any function that has been designated by the Minister in terms of section 66(10);
Specified Office means, in relation to a Paying Agent, the Registrar or a Transfer Agent the office identified with its name at the end of the Conditions or any other office approved by the Trustee and notified to Noteholders pursuant to Clause 9.10;
Authorised Officers means an officer of each Partner appointed to be that Partner's representative for the purpose of this Agreement.
Certified peace officer means a peace officer certified by the
Authorized Officer of a Person means any Person that is authorized to bind such Person.
Officer means a person who is an officer of the Company within the meaning of Section 16 of the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder.
proper officer (“swyddog priodol”) means an officer of that council within the meaning of section 270(3) of the Local Government Act 1972; and
Fiscal Officer means, with respect to a regional transit authority, the secretary-treasurer thereof, and with respect to a county that is a transit authority, the fiscal officer of the county transit board if one is appointed pursuant to section 306.03 of the Revised Code or the county auditor if the board of county commissioners operates the county transit system.
Senior Officer means (a) the chief executive officer, (b) the president, (c) any executive vice president, (d) the chief financial officer or (e) the treasurer, in each case of Borrower.
Principal Officer means an employee of the portfolio manager who has been designated as such by the portfolio manager and is responsible for: -
Responsible Financial Officer means, with respect to any Person, the chief financial officer or treasurer of such Person or any other officer, partner or member having substantially the same authority and responsibility.
forest officer means a full-time employee of the department of natural resources who is designated a forest officer under section 1503.29 of the Revised Code and is in compliance with section 109.77 of the Revised Code.
Nominated Officer means an officer charged with the responsibility for discharging specific tasks within Standing Orders and Standing Financial Instructions.
security officer means any person who has the responsibilities and duties described in Section 831.4 and who is employed by a law enforcement agency of any city, county, or city and county.
Elected Officer means any member of the City Council. For purposes of this paragraph, the term "City Managerial Employee" shall mean the City Manager, the Assistant City Manager, the City Clerk, and any City department head or director. In the event CONTRACTOR violates the provisions of this paragraph, CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay damages to OWNER in an amount equal to any and all compensation which is received by the former Elected Officer or City Managerial Employee of OWNER from or on behalf of the contracting person or entity, or an amount equal to the former Elected Officer's or City Managerial Employee's last two (2) years of gross compensation from OWNER, whichever is greater.
authorised official means a person authorised to implement the provisions of this By-law, including but not limited to–
Responsible Officer means, when used with respect to the Trustee, any officer within the corporate trust department of the Trustee, including any vice president, assistant vice president, assistant secretary, assistant treasurer, trust officer or any other officer of the Trustee who customarily performs functions similar to those performed by the Persons who at the time shall be such officers, respectively, or to whom any corporate trust matter is referred because of such Person’s knowledge of and familiarity with the particular subject and who shall have direct responsibility for the administration of this Indenture.
Nodal Officer means the Dy.Chief Engineer or Superintending Engineer an officer appointed by the Chief Engineer in writing who shall direct and supervise and to perform the duties set forth in sub - Clause 3.2 hereof and be in-charge of the works.
Chief Fiscal Officer means the single office or official of the Recipient designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or his authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.
Authorized Official means the [Authorized Official Title], or his/her designee, who is authorized to exercise the authority of an Authorized Official under the terms of the PACE Program Report.
Financial Officer means the chief financial officer, principal accounting officer, treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Authorized Financial Officer any of the chief financial officer, treasurer, assistant treasurer or controller of the Borrower.
Certifying Officer shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 8.15(d).
