Certifying Surgeon definition

Certifying Surgeon means the medical officer of the factory concerned;
Certifying Surgeon means a registered medical practitioner appointed under the Sindh Factories Act, 2015 (Sindh Act NO.XIII of 2016) to act as Certifying Surgeon for the purpose of the Act and these rules;
Certifying Surgeon means a registered medical practitioner who has been appointed to be certifying surgeon under the Factories Act, 1948 or the Plantations Labour Act, 1951;

  • The entry of his findings in these documents should also include the period for which he considers that the said person is unfit for work in the said processes.(6) No person who has been found unfit to work as said in sub-paragraph (5) above shall be re-employed or permitted to work in the said processes unless the Certifying Surgeon, after further examination again certifies him fit for employment in those processes.
