CGI System definition

CGI System means, collectively, all of the components of the infrastructure and computing environment used by CGI to provide the Services, whether owned by CGI or its suppliers, including the Managed Application(s), CGI or third party facilities, hardware, operating systems, networking equipment, software applications and associated databases, tables, data and documentation and training materials.
CGI System means that term as defined in the Services Agreement.
CGI System means the System, as defined below, exclusive of any Customer Software, as defined below, and Third Party software and any Customer hardware, to the extent the Customer Software, Third Party Software and/or the Customer hardware is provided to CGI by Customer.

  • Customer agrees to comply with any rules of operation and security procedures established by CGI for access to and use of the CGI System.

  • Customer warrants that it will not propagate computer worms, disabling codes or viruses or use the CGI System to make unauthorized entry into any other computer or machine.

  • Client must notify CGI promptly about known Data Breaches, such as misuse of its accounts or authentication credentials or any security threats related to the Services or CGI System.

  • The Point of Demarcation (which is owned and operated by CGI and its service provider) for the network of the CGI System will be the entry point to CGI Data Center(s), namely the router at the entrance of CGI’s secure zone.
