Change Order Directive definition

Change Order Directive means a written instruction and description of a proposed Change Order which is issued on a form designated as a "Change Order Directive Form" and signed by the Province directing the Contractor to immediately proceed with the work attributable to the Change Order, pending the finalization and issuance of a Change Order Confirmation for that Change Order;
Change Order Directive has the meaning indicated in Schedule 1 (Change Orders);
Change Order Directive has the meaning as set out in Schedule 17 – Change Orders;

Examples of Change Order Directive in a sentence

  • A Field Change Order Directive (FCOD) is a change order agreed upon and authorized by the responsible City of Richmond Program Manager, Program Manager’s Supervisor or department Director, Contract Specialist, and Director of Procurement Services, within the dollar amount limits prescribed in this section, that allows for authorization and work commencement of unforeseen conditions that will negatively impact the Project’s schedule and delivery thus placing the City at legal and/or cost risk.

  • The Change Order Directive shall describe the proposed Change Order with sufficient detail to enable the Contractor to prepare an Estimate and to proceed with the work attributable to the Change Order.

  • Upon signature, the Change Order Directive shall be effective as a Change Order.

  • Advance directive means a document that contains a health care instruction or a power of attorney for health care.

  • Corrective Measure means a measure as defined in Article 3, point 16, of Regulation (EU) 2019/1020;

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
