Changes to Fees. Modernizing Medicine may change the fees and discounts set forth in this Agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days prior written notice (the “Notice Period”) of such change to Medical Practice. Any such change shall take effect at the beginning of the next Renewal Term after the expiration of the Notice Period.

Flock reserves the right to change the fees or applicable charges and to institute new charges and fees at the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, upon sixty (60) days’ notice prior to the end of such Initial Term or Renewal Term (as applicable) to Agency (which may be sent by email). If Agency believes that Xxxxx has billed Agency incorrectly, Agency must contact Xxxxx no later than sixty (60) days after the closing date on the first billing statement in which the error or problem appeared, in order to receive an adjustment or credit. Inquiries should be directed to Xxxxx’s Agency support department. Agency acknowledges and agrees that a failure to contact Xxxxx within this sixty (60) day period will serve as a waiver of any claim Agency may have had as a result of such billing error.

Quivers may change its fees and payment terms at its discretion; provided however, that such changes will not take effect for Client until the start of the next renewal term for a Quivers Agreement or this Agreement. In the case of such an amendment, Client’s continued use of the Quivers Services after the effective date of the amendment constitutes Client’s agreement to pay the revised fees.

Changes to Fees. (a) When the NDIS publishes an updated NDIS Price Guide for Queensland on their website, Occumax reserves the right to change the Support fees listed on our website by the same increase as the NDIS has published. Occumax do not need to give you notice of these price increases.
Changes to Fees. CES may change any of its Fees by giving you no less than 14 days’ notice before the expiry of your current billing period. Any changes will come into effect from your next billing period.
