Chargeback Documents definition

Chargeback Documents has the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 3.1 hereunder.
Chargeback Documents has the meaning ascribed to the term in paragraph 3.2 of Schedule I.
Chargeback Documents has the meaning ascribed to the term in clause 2.1 of Part I: Specific Terms for Online Payment Aggregation Services.

Examples of Chargeback Documents in a sentence

  • You shall furnish the Chargeback Documents within three (3) calendar days (or such other period specified by the Facility Provider) of receiving notification of the Chargeback Request.

  • You shall be entitled to furnish to Razorpay documents and information (“ Chargeback Documents ”) pertaining to the Transaction associated with the Chargeback Request in order to substantiate (i) the completion of the aforesaid Transaction; and /or; (ii) delivery of goods / services sought by the customer pursuant to the said Transaction.

Related to Chargeback Documents

  • Required Documents means those documents identified in Section 2(I) of the Custodial Agreement.

  • Extra Contractual Obligations shall be defined as those liabilities not covered under any other provision of this Contract and that arise from the handling of any claim on business covered hereunder, such liabilities arising because of, but not limited to, the following: failure by the Company to settle within the Policy limit, or by reason of alleged or actual negligence, fraud or bad faith in rejecting an offer of settlement or in the preparation of the defense or in the trial of any action against its insured or reinsured or in the preparation or prosecution of an appeal consequent upon such action.

  • Material Indebtedness Agreement means any agreement under which any Material Indebtedness was created or is governed or which provides for the incurrence of Indebtedness in an amount which would constitute Material Indebtedness (whether or not an amount of Indebtedness constituting Material Indebtedness is outstanding thereunder).

  • Bond Documents means the Bonds, the Indenture, the Loan Agreement, the Remarketing Agreement, the Remarketing Circular, and all amendments and supplements thereto.

  • Programme Document means each of the Master Trust Deed, the Agency Agreement, the Registrar Agreement, the Margin Account Agreement, the Margin Account Security Agreement, the Portfolio Administration Agreement, the Operating Procedures Agreement, the Determination Agency Agreement, the Broker Dealer of Record Agreement, the Services Agreement and each Authorised Participant Agreement and "Programme Documents" means all such documents.
