Transfer Order means a transfer order issued pursuant to subsection 40(1) of the CCA transferring this Agreement from the LHIN to Ontario Health;
Levy Order means an Order made by the Commission under paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Act.
Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.
Stop Order means an instruction to create a Short Position when Our Price reaches a specified price.
Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.
Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;
Supply Order means an order for supply of stores and includes an order for performance of service;
Depositor Order A written order or request, respectively, signed in the name of the Depositor by any one of its Executive Officers.
Issuer Order and “Issuer Request” means a written order or request of the Issuer signed in the name of the Issuer by any one of its Authorized Officers and delivered to the Indenture Trustee.
Charter contract or "contract" means a fixed-term, renewable contract
Limit Order means an order to buy or sell a financial instrument at its specified price limit or better and for a specified size;
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Special Resolution means a resolution passed by a majority of not less than two-thirds (2/3) of the votes cast on that resolution.
U.S. Special Resolution Regime means each of (i) the Federal Deposit Insurance Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder and (ii) Title II of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Charter service means, but does not include demand response service to individuals:
U.S. Special Resolution Regimes has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.
Market Order means Orders which are executed at the best available market price.
Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.

Stop Loss Order means an order placed to close a position once it hits a specific price in order to protect yourself from further losses and avoid potential close-outs/stop-outs.
Operational Flow Order means any directive issued to a Customer by KUB which requires the Customer to adjust Deliveries to KUB or deliveries of non-Firm gas to the Customer by KUB.
Interim DIP Order means an interim order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the DIP Facilities Motion, which order shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and the DIP Credit Agreements, and otherwise in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Requisite Consenting Creditors.
Supplemental Resolution means any resolution or resolutions of the Trust amending, modifying or supplementing this Bond Resolution, authorizing the issuance of a Series of Refunding Bonds, or any other Supplemental Resolution adopted by the Trust pursuant to the provisions of this Bond Resolution.
Proposed Charter means the proposed second amended and restated certificate of incorporation of Hennessy Capital, which will become the Company’s certificate of incorporation upon the approval of the Charter Proposals and the Business Combination Proposal and the consummation of the Business Combination. A copy of the proposed charter is attached hereto as Annex C .
Company Organizational Documents means the certificate of incorporation and bylaws (or the equivalent organizational documents) of the Company and its Subsidiaries as in effect on the date of this Agreement.
resolution plan means a plan proposed by resolution applicant for insolvency resolution of the corporate debtor as a going concern in accordance with Part II;
