CIBOR Screen Rate definition

CIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Copenhagen interbank offered rate administered by the Danish Bankers’ Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for DKK with a tenor equal to such Interest Period displayed on page CIBOR= of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Agent in its reasonable discretion) as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Date for such Interest Period).
CIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Copenhagen interbank offered rate administered by the Danish Bankers’ Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of that rate) for DKK with a tenor equal to such Interest Period displayed on page CIBOR= of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Agent in its reasonable discretion) as of the Specified Time on the Quotation Date for such Interest Period; provided, that, if the rate determined above shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for the purposes of this Agreement).
CIBOR Screen Rate with respect to any Optional Currency Loan denominated in Danish Krones comprising any Tranche for any Interest Period, the interest rate per annum designated as the Copenhagen Interbank Offered Rate (“CIBOR”) by the Danish Bankers Association (or any replacement designation or, if no designation appears, the arithmetic average of the displayed rates) for the relevant period displayed on Bloomberg Page BTMM DE (or on such other Bloomberg Page that displays rates at which Danish Krones are offered by leading banks in the Relevant Interbank Market).

More Definitions of CIBOR Screen Rate

CIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Interest Period, the Copenhagen interbank offered rate administered by the Danish Bankers’ Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for Danish Kroner with a tenor equal to such Interest Period displayed on page CIBOR of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on a Reuters page or screen, on any successor or substitute page on such screen or service that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate from time to time as selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion) at or about 11:00 a.m. (Copenhagen, Denmark time) on the Quotation Day for such Interest Period.
CIBOR Screen Rate means, with respect to any Calculation Period relating to an Advance in DKK, the Copenhagen interbank offered rate administered by the Danish Banker's Association (or any other Person that takes over the administration of such rate) for Danish Kroner with a tenor equal to three months as displayed on page CIBOR of the Reuters screen (or, in the event such rate does not appear on such Reuters page on any successor or substitute page on such screen that displays such rate, or on the appropriate page of such other information service that publishes such rate as shall be selected by the Administrative Agent from time to time in its reasonable discretion) as of 11:00 a.m. London time two business days prior to the commencement of such Calculation Period. If such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the CIBOR Screen Rate for such Calculation Period shall be deemed to be the rate (which shall not be less than zero) at which DKK deposits in an amount corresponding to the amount of such Advance and for the applicable maturity are offered in the Copenhagen interbank market in immediately available funds at such time (as determined by the Administrative Agent in its commercially reasonable discretion). Notwithstanding anything in the foregoing to the contrary, if the CIBOR Screen Rate as calculated for any purpose under this Agreement is below zero percent, the CIBOR Screen Rate will be deemed to be zero percent for such purpose until such time as it exceeds zero percent again.

Related to CIBOR Screen Rate

  • CDOR Screen Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of the term “CDOR Rate”.

  • Term SOFR Screen Rate means the forward-looking SOFR term rate administered by CME (or any successor administrator satisfactory to the Administrative Agent) and published on the applicable Reuters screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time).

  • Screen Rate means the British Bankers’ Association Interest Settlement Rate for dollars for the relevant period, displayed on the appropriate page (being LIBOR 01) of the Reuters screen. If the agreed page is replaced or service ceases to be available, the Agent may specify another page or service displaying the appropriate rate after consultation with the Parent and the Lenders.

  • Interpolated Screen Rate means, in relation to LIBOR for any Loan, the rate (rounded to the same number of decimal places as the two relevant Screen Rates) which results from interpolating on a linear basis between:

  • USD-LIBOR-BBA As defined in the Swap Agreement in the Annex to the 2000 ISDA Definitions.

  • USD LIBOR means the London interbank offered rate for U.S. dollars.

  • EURIBOR means the Euro-zone inter-bank offered rate.

  • LIBOR Index Rate means, for any Interest Period, the rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher one hundred-thousandth of a percentage point) for deposits in U.S. Dollars for a period equal to such Interest Period, which appears on the Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m. (London, England time) on the day 2 Business Days before the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • LIBOR has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurodollar Rate.

  • LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, the rate appearing on Page 3750 of the Telerate Service (or on any successor or substitute page of such Service, or any successor to or substitute for such Service, providing rate quotations comparable to those currently provided on such page of such Service, as determined by the Administrative Agent from time to time for purposes of providing quotations of interest rates applicable to dollar deposits in the London interbank market) at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period, as the rate for dollar deposits with a maturity comparable to such Interest Period. In the event that such rate is not available at such time for any reason, then the "LIBO Rate" with respect to such Eurodollar Borrowing for such Interest Period shall be the rate at which dollar deposits of $5,000,000 and for a maturity comparable to such Interest Period are offered by the principal London office of the Administrative Agent in immediately available funds in the London interbank market at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two Business Days prior to the commencement of such Interest Period.

  • FX Screen Page means the FX Screen Page as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Eurocurrency Base Rate has the meaning specified in the definition of Eurocurrency Rate.

  • LIBOR Rate means a rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100th of 1%) determined by the Administrative Agent pursuant to the following formula: LIBOR Rate = LIBOR 1.00-Eurodollar Reserve Percentage
