CID Improvements definition

CID Improvements means that portion of the Project, the costs of which are Eligible Expenses and reimbursable with Pay-As-You-Go CID Financing hereunder, subject to the CID Cap. The CID Improvements, and the estimated costs therefor, are set forth on Exhibit F hereto.
CID Improvements means the Project and related permissible improvements as set forth in the CID Act and the CID Ordinance.
CID Improvements means the facilities and costs eligible to be paid under the Act, to be financed with the proceeds of the Bonds issued under the Act, as more particularly described on Exhibit A and including costs of issuance, City Administrative Fee, funding of the Debt Service Reserve Fund and Capitalized Interest Subaccount.

Examples of CID Improvements in a sentence

  • A portion of the costs of the CID Improvements may be reimbursed to Developer as set forth in Article IV below.

  • Developer shall complete the Project, including the CID Improvements, in conformance with the Development Plan, zoning ordinances, related stipulations, City building codes, and all other applicable rules and regulations.

  • The City hereby agrees that the CID Improvements may be financed and reimbursed with Pay-As-You-Go CID Financing, and payable from revenues received from the imposition of a CID Sales Tax in the amount of one percent (1%) on the sale of tangible personal property at retail or rendering or furnishing services which are taxable pursuant to the Kansas Retailers' Sales Tax Act (K.S.A. 79-3601 et seq.) within the District.

  • Any of the CID Improvements completed by the Developer shall be in conformance with approved plans for such improvements, City building codes, City Ordinances and all other applicable rules and regulations.

  • During the Term, the Developer shall endeavor to submit Certifications of Expenditures for those expenditures made in connection with the CID Improvements on a quarterly basis, and shall submit a Certificate of Expenditures for any expenditure made in connection with a CID Improvement within one-hundred eighty (180) days of incurring such expenditure.


More Definitions of CID Improvements

CID Improvements means the improvements to the roads within the CID District, including 000xx Xxxxxx and Indian Creek Parkway, but excluding the Xxxxxxx Improvements, to be designed, developed, constructed and completed by Developer as described in Section 2.01 hereof.
CID Improvements means the design and construction of the Project, including all eligible hard and soft costs related thereto, including, but not limited to, infrastructure outside the district as permitted by the CID Act.
CID Improvements means those improvements described in Exhibit A and in the maximum amount shown on Exhibit A.
