Circle Officer definition

Circle Officer means an officer appointed as such by the Government or any other officer notified by the Government to discharge all or any of the functions of a Circle Officer under this Act.
Circle Officer means the Circle Officer of the police station concerned, and includes any officer specially appointed by the Government to perform all or any of the functions of a Circle Officer under this Ordinance;
