City Approvals definition

City Approvals is defined in Recital D.

City Approvals has the meaning provided in the 14th Recital of this Agreement. "City Council" has the meaning provided in the 3rd Recital of this Agreement.

More Definitions of City Approvals

City Approvals means, collectively, the zoning amendment and any other land use approvals required by the City prior to the Developer being authorized to construct the Minimum Improvements.

City Approvals means the permits and entitlements issued by the City to allow for the commencement of construction for the respective Phase.
