City Loan Documents. The documents evidencing and securing each City Loan, as more particularly defined in Section 7.5(a).

City Loan Documents means, collectively, the DDLA, the City Note, the City Deed of Trust, the City Regulatory Agreement, the City Notice of Restrictions, the City Assignment of Agreements and the County/City Intercreditor Agreement.
