City Loan Documents definition

City Loan Documents means the City Loan Subordination Agreement, the City Note, the City Deed of Trust, the City Regulatory Agreement and all other documents and instruments evidencing the City Loan, all as from time to time amended, modified or supplemented.
City Loan Documents. The documents evidencing and securing each City Loan, as more particularly defined in Section 7.5(a).
