City Order means a written request or order signed in the name of the City by the Mayor, City Manager, any Assistant City Manager, the Chief Financial Officer, any Deputy Financial Officer, the City Treasurer, the City Clerk or any Deputy City Clerk, any one or more of said officials, and delivered to the Bank.
