Zone 3 means all of that part of the Lower Peninsula south of the line described in subdivision (bb).

For purposes of this definition, "Building Permits" shall not include permits for construction or installation of commercial/industrial structures, parking structures, retaining walls, and utility improvements not intended for human habitation.

Covered Municipal Building means a building or facility that is owned or occupied by the Town that is 1,000 square feet or larger in size.
Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.
