New Routes. (i) All routes shall be awarded to the senior qualified owner operator or employee in that classification.
New Routes. Any new or vacant route created prior to school start -up in September, will be assigned by the Company temporarily. These routes including out of area routes, will then be posted after school start up among the initial postings for the school year for

Grantee shall not extend any existing road or trail and/or ---------- construct or create a new road or trail except with the prior written approval of Tejon as to location and manner of construction and maintenance of the same, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, but the costs of constructing and maintaining any such extension or new road or trail shall be borne by Grantee.
New Routes. For each newly assigned Route, Contractor will receive credit once the Contractor Driver (or their Contractor-provided substitute) provides Student Transportation Services to the assigned Route during the first fifteen (15) consecutive school attendance days after assignment of the Route to Contractor. In the event that Contractor qualifies for a different Tier on a date other than the first of a particular month, that month’s Monthly Fixed Fee will be prorated on a per diem basis.
