City Parcels definition

City Parcels means two parcels of real property owned by the City improved as parking lots located at (i) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, and (ii) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇, in the City of ▇▇▇▇, County of Los Angeles, State of California which are adjacent to the Agency Parcels, which two City Parcels are legally described in Attachment A-1 hereto.
City Parcels means the portion of the Site in City ownership and to be conveyed to the PWRF, increased in size by the vacated street right-of-way, as shown in Exhibit A.
City Parcels has the meaning provided in the 7th Recital of this Agreement.

Examples of City Parcels in a sentence

  • In the event the City does not timely exercise its right contained in this subsection (a), then the City will be deemed to have waived such right and PWRF shall be permitted to retain ownership in the City Parcels or sell or transfer the same to another party without any compensation to the City.

  • Adjacent to the Agency Parcels and City Parcels, are two privately-owned parcels of real property located at (i) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, currently occupied by Yoli’s Flowers, APN ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇; and (ii) ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, currently occupied by Guadalajara Inn Restaurant, APN ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇ (collectively “Private Parcels”), which two Private Parcels are legally described in Attachment A-3 hereto and for which it is Developer’s sole responsibility to acquire site control over.

  • After a Project Failure and the City Parcels have been transferred to PWRF, the City may elect to have the City Parcels, increased in size by their respective share of the vacated street right-of-way, if applicable, transferred to the City by providing written notice to PWRF of such election within ninety (90) days of the occurrence of the Project Failure.

  • Any other items of operating income or operating expense that are customarily apportioned between the parties in real estate closings of comparable commercial properties in the metropolitan area where the City Parcels is located shall be prorated as applicable, however, there will be no prorations for insurance premiums or payroll (because PWRF is not acquiring or assuming City’s insurance or employees).

  • The City Parcels will be sold to Developer pursuant to a separate City Agreement.


More Definitions of City Parcels

City Parcels means the portion of the Site in City ownership, increased in size by the vacated street rights-of-way, as shown in Exhibit A.
City Parcels means collectively, (i) the site of the former South End Community Center, located on ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Springfield, MA, and (ii) the site of the former ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ School, located on ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Springfield, MA.
City Parcels means that portions of the Town Center Property which will be owned and operated by City, including the City Hall, trail, trailhead, and such other items and areas as shall be agreed upon by Developer and City in the Development Agreement.
City Parcels means those certain parcels of real property owned by the City and generally located along West Avenue H between Trevor Avenue and Sierra Highway in the City of Lancaster, California (Assessor’s Parcel Numbers 3137-010-900 and 3137-010-905). The City Parcels are legally described in the City Parcels Legal Description attached hereto as Exhibit “F” and incorporated herein.
City Parcels is defined in the Background. "City Parcels Closing" is defined in Section 3.3.
City Parcels is defined in the Property Conveyance Agreement (which for the avoidance of doubt includes the RASA Parcel Replacement Property to the extent applicable under the Property Conveyance Agreement).
