City Premises definition

City Premises as used in this Program includes all property, facilities, land, buildings, structures, automobiles, trucks and other vehicles owned, leased or used by The City of Wickliffe. Prohibited Substances - Prohibited substances include illegal drugs, (including controlled substances, look-alike drugs and designer drugs) and alcoholic beverages.
City Premises or "City facilities" means all property of the City including, but not limited to the offices, facilities and surrounding areas on the City-owned or -leased property, parking lots, and storage areas. The term also includes the City-owned or - leased vehicles and equipment wherever located.
City Premises means all job sites, facilities, offices, buildings, structures, equipment, vehicles and parking areas, whether owned, leased, used or under the control of the City.
