City Supplied Equipment definition

City Supplied Equipment means equipment purchased by the City under a separate contract which is supplied into the care of the Contractor for installation under this Contract.
City Supplied Equipment means equipment purchased by the City, under Bid Opportunity 871-2013 or Bid Opportunity 873-2013, and delivered into the possession of the Contractor for installation under this Contract;
City Supplied Equipment means equipment supplied and installed by the City under a separate contract which shall be controlled by the PLC and HMI hardware supplied and programmed under this Contract.
