Claim Settlement Relief means the cash award payment or credit to be made to Settlement Class Members who submit properly completed and timely Claim Forms to the Settlement Administrator pursuant to the Claim Form Instructions, and who qualify for such relief under this Settlement Agreement.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.
