Claims Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(a)(i).

Claims Account means any Account that may from time to time be identified in writing by the Collateral Agent as an Account into which the proceeds of the getting in or realisation of the Monetary Claims are to be paid and in respect of which the relevant bank or financial institution has agreed to operate such Account in accordance with any procedures stipulated by the Collateral Agent.
