Claims Account means the Claims Account created within the Proceeds Fund.

Examples of Claims Account in a sentence

Except as modified in the paragraph below, Plan Sponsor shall provide sufficient funds in the Claims Account to cover all payments identified in this Section and to satisfy any requirements under applicable provider agreement, law or regulation, and MHHSI shall not be liable for and shall have no obligation to advance or use its own funds for any such payments.
