Claims Management Accounts definition

Claims Management Accounts means the Existing Local Claims Management Accounts (whether or not subject to Account Control Agreements), the Claims Management Concentration Account, and accounts established after the Series 2020-1 Closing Date at local or regional banks’ in the name of the applicable Securitization Entity in connection with the collection of revenues by such Securitization Entity.
Claims Management Accounts means the Existing Local Claims Management Accounts (whether or not subject to Account Control Agreements), the Claims Management Concentration Account, and accounts established after the Series 2020-1 Closing Date at local or regional banks’ in the name of the applicable Securitization Entity in connection with the collection of revenues by such Securitization Entity. “Claims Management Business” means assets related to managing insurance claims in respect of services performed by Franchisees, locations owned by one or more Non-Securitization Entities, Excluded Locations, Securitization-Owned Locations or third parties, together with any other business incidental thereto. “Class” means, with respect to any Series of Notes, any one of the classes of Notes of such Series as specified in the applicable Series Supplement. “Class A-1 Administrative Agent” means (i) with respect to the Series 2019-3 Notes, the Series 2019-3 Class A-1 Administrative Agent, (ii) with respect to the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Notes, the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Administrative Agent and (iii) with respect to any other Class A-1 Notes, the Person identified as the “Class A-1 Administrative Agent” in the applicable Series Supplement.

Related to Claims Management Accounts

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Retirement Accounts has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(7) hereof.

  • Management Accounts Date means 30 September 2010;

  • Energy Accounts means the regional energy accounts/state energy accounts as specified in the Grid Code issued by the appropriate agency for each Month (as per their prescribed methodology), including the revisions and amendments thereof;

  • Settlement Account means an account established at a financial institution designated by Merchant as the account to be credited and debited by the Servicers for Transactions, Card Fees, Chargebacks and other amount assessed by a Card Association and passed- through to Merchant pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Cash Management Accounts means the bank accounts of each Loan Party maintained at one or more Cash Management Banks listed on Schedule 8.01.

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Project Accounts means the Revenue Account, the Operating Account, the Maintenance Capital Expense Account, the Debt Service Reserve Account, the Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds Accounts and the Extraordinary Proceeds Account, including any sub-account within such accounts.

  • Claims Administration means the processing of claims made under the Shared Policies, including the reporting of claims to the insurance carriers, management and defense of claims and providing for appropriate releases upon settlement of claims.

  • Blocked Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3 hereof.

  • Separate Accounts means the accounts which are to be prepared for each

  • Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Custodial Accounts Each custodial account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Purchasing and Servicing Agreement or Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Administrative Claims Bar Date means the deadline for Filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims, which: (a) with respect to Administrative Claims other than Professional Fee Claims, shall be 30 days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to Professional Fee Claims, shall be 45 days after the Effective Date.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).

  • Special Accounts means the accounts referred to in Section 2.02 (b) of this Agreement;

  • Discretionary Portfolio Management Services means the portfolio management services rendered to the Client by the Portfolio Manager on the terms and conditions contained in the agreement, where under the Portfolio Manager exercises any degree of discretion in the investments or management of assets of the Client.
