The Issuer must procure that the Class A-1 Note Register is maintained, and that Class A-1 Notes are transferred, exchanged, replaced, redeemed and cancelled, all in accordance with the provisions of the Class A-1 Notes (including the Class A-1 Note Conditions) and the Agency Agreement.
