Class A Permanent Global Note definition

Class A Permanent Global Note means any permanent global note representing any Class A Notes in, or substantially in, the form set out in Schedule 2 of the Trust Deed;

Examples of Class A Permanent Global Note in a sentence

  • The Temporary Global Notes will be exchangeable for separate permanent global notes in bearer form which are recorded in the records of Euroclear and Clearstream Luxembourg (the "Class A Permanent Global Note" together with the Class A Temporary Global Note, the "Class A Note Certificates", and the "Class B Permanent Global Note" together with the Class B Temporary Global Note, the "Class B Note Certificates") without interest coupons attached.

  • No payments will be made under a Class A Temporary Global Note unless exchange for interests in a Class A Permanent Global Note is improperly withheld or refused.

  • On the exchange of a Class A Temporary Global Note for a Class A Permanent Global Note, the Class A Permanent Global Note will remain deposited with the Common Safekeeper.

  • Each Class A Temporary Global Note will be exchangeable in whole or in part for interests in a Class A Permanent Global Note not earlier than 40 calendar days after the Issue Date upon certification as to non-U.S. beneficial ownership.

Related to Class A Permanent Global Note

  • Permanent Global Note means a permanent global Bearer Note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Appendix B-2 hereto (or in such other form as may be agreed between the relevant Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Purchaser(s)) comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series, issued or to be issued by the relevant Issuer either in exchange for the whole or part of a Temporary Global Note issued in respect of the Notes of the same Tranche or initially representing the Notes;

  • Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer;

  • Global Note shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(b).
