Examples of Class B-1 Noteholders in a sentence
So long as the Class B-1 Notes are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the rules of that stock exchange so require, notices to Class B-1 Noteholders will be published in a leading newspaper having general circulation in Luxembourg (which is expected to be the Luxemburger Wort), it being understood that the term “notices” as it is used in this clause shall not include communications of the Class B-1 Note Rate.
If no Principal Payment is due to be made on the Class A2 Notes or the Class B1 Notes on any Payment Date a notice to this effect will be given to the Class A2 Noteholders or Class B1 Noteholders (as the case may be) in accordance with Condition 12.
PRINCIPAL (Class A-1, A-2, M-1, M-2, B-1): After the payment of all interest distributable to Class A-1, Class A-2, Class M-1, Class M-2 and Class B-1 Noteholders, principal will be distributed in the following manner.
CLASS B-1 PRINCIPAL: The Class B-1 Noteholders will not receive principal payments until (i) the Class B Cross-over Date and (ii) such time as either (a) each Class B Principal Distribution Test is satisfied or (b) the Class A-1 Principal Balance, the Class A-2 Principal Balance and the Class M Principal Balances have each been reduced to zero.
Any such reports and notices that are required to be delivered to the Series 2008-1 Class A-1 Noteholders and the Series 2008-1 Class B-1 Noteholders hereunder will be made available on the Trustee’s website in the manner set forth in Section 4.4 of the Base Indenture.
The Indenture also permits the amendment thereof, in certain limited circumstances, without the consent of the Class B-1 Noteholders.
CLASS B-1 PRINCIPAL: Class B-1 Noteholders will be entitled to receive the Class B-1 Percentage of the Formula Principal Distribution Amount on each Payment Date on which (i) the Class A Principal Balance, Class M-1 Principal Balance and Class M-2 Principal Balance has been reduced to zero or (ii) the Class B-1 Distribution Test is satisfied, until the Class B-1 Principal Balance has been reduced to zero.
Class B Mortgagees means together: (a) the Note Trustee on behalf of the Class B1 Noteholders, and, if the Note Trustee has become bound to take steps and/or to proceed under this deed and fails to do so within a reasonable time and such failure is continuing, the Class B1 Noteholders, and then only if and to the extent the Class B1 Noteholders are able to do so under Australian law; and (b) the Class B2 Noteholders.
CLASS B MORTGAGEES means together: (a) the Note Trustee on behalf of the Class B1 Noteholders, and, if the Note Trustee has become bound to take steps and/or to proceed under this deed and fails to do so within a reasonable time and such failure is continuing, the Class B1 Noteholders, and then only if and to the extent the Class B1 Noteholders are able to do so under the Transaction Documents; and (b) the Class B2 Noteholders.
If no Principal Payment is due to be made on the Class A2 Notes, the Class A3 Notes or the Class B1 Notes on any Payment Date a notice to this effect will be given to the Class A2 Noteholders, Class A3 Noteholders or Class B1 Noteholders (as the case may be) in accordance with the relevant Condition 12.
