Class B Coupons definition

Class B Coupons means the interest coupons related to the Class B Definitive Notes in or substantially in the form set out in Part 2 of Schedule 3 to the Trust Deed and for the time being outstanding or, as the context may require, a specific number of such coupons;
Class B Coupons shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.04(c)(i) of the Series 2000-2 Supplement. "Series 2000-2 Class B Initial Invested Amount" shall be determined on the Series 0000-0 Xxxxxxxx Date.

Related to Class B Coupons

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class B Warrants means, collectively, the Common Stock purchase warrants in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to one year.
