During the Class C Revolving Commitment Period, the Borrower may use the Class C Revolving Commitments by borrowing, prepaying the Class C Revolving Loans in whole or in part, and reborrowing, all in the accordance with the terms and conditions hereof.
The amount of each Class C Lender’s Class C Revolving Loans and Class C Revolving Commitment on the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date shall be equal to the amount reflected on the Register on the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date, which amount shall be conclusive absent manifest error.
