Class D Shares definition

Class D Shares means shares of the Class D Common Stock.
Class D Shares means the Class D Shares issued to the Class D Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.

More Definitions of Class D Shares

Class D Shares is defined in Section 7.1
Class D Shares means any Share Class with the letter “D” in its name;
