Class D Shares definition

Class D Shares means the Class D Shares issued to the Class D Members having the rights, obligations and terms specified in this Agreement.
Class D Shares means Class D Euro Accumulating, Class D Euro Distributing, Class D Stg£ Accumulating and Class D Stg£ Distributing Classes of Shares;
Class D Shares means the voting Class D Special Shares in the capital of the Company.
