Last Date of Employment. Employee’s last day of employment shall be June 30, 2002. Employee shall not be required to perform any services for the Company after May 17, 2002.

Last Date of Employment. The Company and the Executive agree that the Executive’s last day of employment with the Company shall be October 1, 2008 (the “Separation Date”). The Company and the Executive agree that the termination of his employment with the Company is at the election of the Executive pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement entered into between the Company and the Executive on April 13, 2006 (the “Employment Agreement”). The Company hereby agrees to waive the six months’ notice required to be given by the Executive pursuant to Section 5(c) of the Employment Agreement.

Employee acknowledges that as of the Resignation Date, all privileges, rights and authority he held in connection with his positions with the Company and any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, including Ranor Inc. (“Ranor”) ceased and that he will not from and after the Resignation Date hold himself out as holding such positions or having any authority to act on behalf of any such entities. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee may include on his resume or curriculum vitae the positions he held with the Company and/or Ranor, the dates such positions were held, and a description of his duties in each such position.
Last Date of Employment. Your last day of employment with the Company will be March 31, 2017 or such earlier date as your employment ends under Section 4 of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”). As of the Effective Date, you will and hereby resign from the office of Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company (and from any and all other offices you hold with Company affiliates). From the date of this Agreement through the Effective Date (such period being referred to as the “Retention Period”), you will continue to be employed by the Company in accordance with Section 2, below.

Last Date of Employment. Mr. Rodnyansky’s last day of employment with the Company shall be August 1, 2009 (the “Separation Date”). The termination of his employment with the Company is at the election of Mr. Rodnyansky pursuant to Section 7(c) of the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement entered into between the Company and Mr. Rodnyansky as of October 8, 2008 (the “Employment Agreement”). The Company hereby waives the required notice period under such Section 7(c).
Last Date of Employment. You will remain an employee of ADI through December 27, 2016 (the “Termination Date”). On the Termination Date, your employment with ADI will terminate and you will no longer be eligible to receive pay or ADI-sponsored benefits, except as set forth below. This Agreement constitutes notice of termination of your employment. The period from the date of this letter until the Termination Date is inclusive of your notice period. The cessation of your employment by mutual agreement with effect from the Termination Date was announced by ADI on September, 19, 2016.
