Personnel files means all records contained in the faculty member’s official District electronic personnel file. There shall be only one (1) official personnel file for each faculty member; it shall be located in the Human Resources Office. No action may be taken against a faculty member on the basis of material other than that contained in the official personnel file.
Personnel files shall refer to all files dealing with employee performance at the district level when reduced to hard copy.
