Class Member Payments definition

Class Member Payments means the payments made to Eligible Class Members pursuant to Paragraph 4.1(b)(i) of this Agreement and the Distribution Formula.
Class Member Payments means any payment distributed to a Class Member by the Settlement Administrator as part of the settlement of this Action.
Class Member Payments means the account credits and/or cash payments provided by Waste Pro as compensation to the Class.

Examples of Class Member Payments in a sentence

  • The Net Settlement Fund will be divided among all Settlement Class Members entitled to Settlement Class Member Payments based on formulas described in the Settlement Agreement.

  • Settlement Class Members who are Current Account Holders when the Net Settlement Fund is distributed will receive a credit in the amount of their Settlement Class Member Payments applied to any account they are maintaining individually at the time of the credit.

  • If by the deadline for Defendant to apply credits of Settlement Class Member Payments to accounts Defendant is unable to complete certain credit(s), Defendant shall deliver the total amount of such unsuccessful Settlement Class Member Payment credits to the Settlement Administrator to be paid by check in accordance with subsection 2 below.

  • However, the deadlines for the provision of Class Member Payments to particular Settlement Class Members may be extended to provide for the resolution of any disputes regarding the validity or amount of any claims.

  • The methodology of Settlement Class Member Payments will be applied to the data as consistently, sensibly, and conscientiously and reasonably as possible, recognizing and taking into consideration the nature and completeness of the data and the purpose of the computations.

More Definitions of Class Member Payments

Class Member Payments means the amount payable from the Net Distribution 18 Fund to each Settlement Class Member, 90% of which shall be allocated to penalties and 10% of 19 which shall be allocated to wages. Class Member Payments are separate and distinct from PAGA 20 Payments (defined below) that will be paid to PAGA Aggrieved Employees.

  • Settlement Class Member means each person and entity who or which is a member of the Settlement Class.

  • Class Member means a member of the Class.

  • Settlement Class Members means any member of the Settlement Class.

  • Class Members means all individuals in the Settlement Class, including the Class Representatives.

  • Participating Class Member means a Class Member who does not submit a valid and timely Request for Exclusion from the Settlement.

  • Class Coupon The Class Coupon on each Class of Notes for any Accrual Period will be as set forth in Appendix I for Original Notes and Appendix II for MAC Notes.

  • Released Class Claims means the claims being released as described in Paragraph 6.2 below.

  • Separation Payment means any lump sum cash payment in excess of Earned Salary and Accrued Obligations payable to Employee under this Agreement.
