Class Member Payments definition

Class Member Payments means the account credits and/or cash payments provided by Waste Pro as compensation to the Class.
Class Member Payments means any payment distributed to a Class Member by the Settlement Administrator as part of the settlement of this Action.

  • The Net Settlement Fund will be divided among all Settlement Class Members entitled to Settlement Class Member Payments based on formulas described in the Settlement Agreement.

More Definitions of Class Member Payments

Class Member Payments means the amount payable from the Net Distribution 18 Fund to each Settlement Class Member, 90% of which shall be allocated to penalties and 10% of 19 which shall be allocated to wages. Class Member Payments are separate and distinct from PAGA 20 Payments (defined below) that will be paid to PAGA Aggrieved Employees.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Plan, the filing of an Administrative Claim shall not be required in order to receive payment for any tax liability described in sections 503(b)(1)(B) and (C) in accordance with section 503(b)(1)(D) of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Non-Participating Class Member means any Class Member who opts out of the Settlement by sending the Administrator a valid and timely Request for Exclusion.
