Class Counsel Fees Payment and “Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment” mean the amounts allocated to Class Counsel for reimbursement of reasonable attorneysfees and expenses, respectively, incurred to prosecute the Action.

More Definitions of Class Counsel Fees Payment

Class Counsel Fees Payment means the amount of attorneys’ fees to be paid to Class Counsel as approved by the Court to compensate them for, respectively, their legal work in connection with the Action, including their pre-filing investigation, their filing of the Action, all related litigation activities, all Settlement work, and all post-Settlement compliance procedures. Class Counsel Fees Payment shall be a payment of no more than $140,000 (35% of the Gross Settlement Amount) to be approved by the Court. “Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment” means the amounts allocated to Class Counsel for reimbursement of reasonable attorneysfees and expenses, respectively, incurred to prosecute the Action of no more than $15,000.
