Class Notice Packet definition

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice to be provided to the Class Members by the Administrator in the form set forth as Exhibit A to this Agreement (other than formatting changes to facilitate printing by the Administrator).

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice and any other forms approved or directed by the Court.

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice to be provided to the Class Members by the Settlement Administrator which contains the individualized information for each Class Member.

• The Settlement Administration Expenses, including the cost of printing and mailing the Class Notice Packet, will be paid out of the Gross Settlement Amount.

• The Settlement Administrator will be responsible for taking reasonable steps, consistent with its agreed-upon job parameters, Court orders, and fee, as agreed to with Class Counsel and according to the following deadlines, to trace the mailing address of any Class Member for whom a Class Notice Packet is returned by the U.S. Postal Service as undeliverable.

More Definitions of Class Notice Packet

Class Notice Packet means the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action and Hearing Date to be provided to the Class Members by the Settlement Administrator in the form set forth herein as Exhibit A to this Agreement (other than formatting changes to facilitate printing by the Settlement Administrator).

Class Notice Packet means and includes: (a) the Opt-Out Form, (b) a

Class Notice Packet means the Class Member Notice, the Class Member Settlement Information Sheet, and the form of Election Not to Participate in Settlement (evidenced by Exhibit C to this Agreement and incorporated by reference into this Agreement).

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice, the Claim Form, and the form of Election Not to Participate in Settlement, which will be submitted by Plaintiffs along with the Motion for Preliminary Approval. The approved notice will be provided to Class Members in English and Spanish.

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice, the Claim Form, and the Opt-Out Form.

Class Notice Packet means the Class Notice, the Request for Exclusion/Opt-Out Form, and the Individual Class Member Dispute Form.

Class Notice Packet or “Notice Packet” means the Class Notice Claim Form, and the Exclusion Request, all to be substantially similar to the forms attached as Exhibits A-C, subject to Court approval, and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
