Class Notice Plan definition

Class Notice Plan means the plan for disseminating Class Notice to the Settlement Class as set forth in Section IV of this Settlement Agreement.

More Definitions of Class Notice Plan

Class Notice Plan means the plan for providing notice of this settlement to the Class under Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 23(c)(2)(A) and (e)(1), as set forth in Section 4.1.
Class Notice Plan means the plan for publication of Class Notice developed by the Settlement Administrator, which will be attached as an exhibit to the Motion for Preliminary Approval.

Related to Class Notice Plan

  • Class Notice means the COURT APPROVED NOTICE OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT AND HEARING DATE FOR FINAL COURT APPROVAL, to be mailed to Class Members in English in the form, without material variation, attached as Exhibit A and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
