Deidentified data means data that cannot reasonably be
De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;
Classified service means all employment positions in the City that are not excluded by ordinance, City Charter or State law from the provisions of Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 4.04 or the Personnel rules adopted pursuant thereto.
Unclassified service means all positions specifically designated as not being classified pursuant to M.S. 43A.08 and other enabling legislation. Unclassified employees do not accrue seniority; do not serve a probationary period; are not subject to the layoff provisions of this Plan; and may be terminated at will.

Anonymized Data means any Customer Data, from which all identifying information has been removed so that the individual data or information of a customer cannot be associated with that customer without extraordinary effort.
Classified means the classification of a good under a particular heading or subheading of the Harmonised System;
Encounter Data Any Contractor accessing payments for services through the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Vermont Medicaid programs must provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure that it can be linked to enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.
Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.
Weather Adjusted Data means gas or electric consumption data for a given period that has been normalized using stated period’s heating or cooling degree days.
Classified Information means information that is classified as Restricted Data or Formerly Restricted Data under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or information determined to require protection against unauthorized disclosure under Executive Order 12958, Classified National Security Information, as amended, or prior executive orders, which is identified as National Security Information.
Uniform System means the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, Eleventh Revised Edition 2014, as published by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, as revised from time to time to the extent such revision has been or is in the process of being generally implemented within such Uniform System of Accounts.
Identifiable includes that the expenditures are recorded in the IP’s accounting system and that the accounting system shows which transactions represent the expenditures reported for each line on the FACE form.
