Classified Data definition

Classified Data means data that has been classified by the U.S. government as “Confidential,” “Secret,” or “Top Secret” as defined in Executive Order 13526, Section 1.2a, or as otherwise deemed by the U.S. government to require special clearance for use, access, or maintenance.
Classified Data means any data that is not public (private, sensitive, confidential).
Classified Data means an electronic data classified under Section 45 as top-secret data, confidential data and public data.

  • Deidentified data means data that:

  • De-identified data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual.
