Clearance Certificate definition

Clearance Certificate means a certificate issued under section 14-220 of the Withholding Law that covers the date of Completion; Relevant Percentage means the percentage amount stated in section 14-200(3)(a) and 14- 205(4)(a) of the Withholding Law;
