Client Components definition

Client Components means the hardware, software and other products, data and Content that Client provides, including those specified in this Agreement. “Client data” includes Client’s collective Client personal data.
Client Components means all materials provided by Client, its Affiliates, or their respective designees to Cytovance, such as cell lines, cell banks, and plasmids.
Client Components means components of the Software, which T2 Systems makes available for downloading by Authorized Concurrent Users onto a personal computer or other personal electronic storage device solely for Authorized Purposes.

  • EPI-USE does not warrant secure operation of the Hosting Services or that it will be able to prevent third party disruptions of the Hosting Environment or Client Components.

Client Components means Client’s hardware, software, products, and other Content, including, but not limited to those specified in any CBI Offer Document as being provided by Client.
Client Components means components of the Flex Software, which T2 makes available for downloading by Authorized Concurrent Users onto a personal computer or other personal electronic storage device solely for Authorized Purposes.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;
